!!!!! USIS Wins Daubert Motion !!!!
"If
a union is to be permitted to expand through the mere brutal use
of power against neutral employers, there will be a premium on
ruthless and coercive leadership. If, as this Court has said,
the Sherman Act is a charter of freedom, it must include within
its prohibitions, the destruction of one labor organization by
another through force and coercion at the expense of innocent
bystanders and the tying up of the business of the public at large."
